Changes that I will be implementing

If you keep the water section, I advise making it toxic instead of a case of "Mario can't breathe!" because there are plenty of other levels where he's fully submerged for minutes on end and has no issues. Consistency, y'know? :)

I'm totally fine with removing the water part now that I think about it, but yeah this definitely needs to be done if that's the case; especially since there's not very much toxic water in the first part.

Also, I really think the secret exit should be changed if we're just putting the goal at the end of the first part. Having the player carry a key across half the level was sort of a lazy design decision in the first place, but this would just make it worse.

I really haven't hacked in years, but if the level really needs some redesigning and nobody else really wants to bother--then I'm up for the task. Sorry for pushing this issue so much. I'm pretty sure there's probably more important things that need to be discussed, but I just want to know what happens to my level.

As an aside, there are so many levels which do this that we could greatly simplify the overworld just by removing most of those secret exits instead of reworking them.

I haven't replayed Toxic Utilities yet, but its secret exit leads to Forest's Furnace, which currently leads nowhere, so why even have the secret exit? Especially if it's just a key carry. Just a thought.
