The level design in general is a little too cramped and long to be honest, as far as I could see from the first two levels of the hack - it's still the begin of the hack, you probably could make your levels shorter for a better introduction of the hack to the player. In the topic of small issues you may want to fix:
The color inside the bushes look off, causing this weird impression of cutoff.
There are two extra Dragon coins in this level, you probably don't more extra two lives for the very first level.
Oh, and it's weird how the player falls here due to this tree, I'd make the platform have priority over the tree instead, some Map16 work would go well for this. Lastly, I wouldn't spam too many berries in big bushes, I kept eating purple berries and I made many of these "Coin Game could" things appear, giving me even more lives I didn't need.
The reason I'm instantly removing the hack though, is because when the player dies in this level
other miscellaneous musics don't play and the hack crashes due to incompatibility in accurate emulators, and as the hack submission guidelines stat, the hack has to be compatible in accurate emulators as well. Since it's to do with music incompatibility, I suggest you to use AddMusicK
to prevent any other music issues in this hack, and it also overwrites old AM4 data, safe to use.
Denied for now, but waiting a fixed version from the author (if possible).
Consider fixing it if possible, the hack seemed to be interesting.
