So, I was looking at the name, and thought, "why is this 1.5?" SMWCP is already finished, now we are simply doing a slight overhaul, but the 1.5 makes it sound like the hack was never complete, just simply, version 1 came out, and let's face it, 1.5 is boring. So, I decided to make a thread and we can maybe list a title or two to make it sound more interesting. After all, this was our first collab.
My title Suggestion...
An SMW Central Production Revitalized
I think it may be better than 1.5, but I'll leave that to you.
This may not be the best idea in the world, but I thought I should at least share it.

"Revitalized" is a pretty long name and it's boring to pronounce imo. If we're going for an "R" I personally prefer "Reloaded" or "Revamped"; cons there is that both are used (not entirely sure about the latter, but I think I've seen it before).
If I'm to use my creativity (if I have any), why not SMWCP 3/2? It implies it's our third SMWCP except not really but it kind of is, also it's like 1.5 in a slightly less boring way.
Why not "An SMWCentral Production:Remastered Edition"?
this project is kinda like what nintendo did with Super Mario All-stars,
making the 8-bits game became 16-bits version
but in this case , is Redoing the Grapichs style
I really suck at naming a hack, thus I support the idea of having "Reloaded" at the end of the name. Not only does it sounds catchy, it kind of adds to the existence of the hack and the improved things.
I would've suggested "ASMWCP Reloaded!" but I like more Atma's suggestion here - IMO it'd fit well to the hack as it describes well what's happened with the hack.
Fun fact: the description of SMWCP states that it's version 1.6.
We don't need to copy FPI's naming for remakes. Instead I'd call it "A Remastered SMW Central Production" or "Another SMW Central Production", it will also get rid of the a/an problem.

I'm really against slipping anything inbetween the SMWCP letters, that'd make it seem more of a spinoff than a remake, I'd rather have something pre/appended to the acronym, like the often mentioned R or Atma's subtitle.

If it was that way, that would Imply that it would be an older version of the same hack (as the last version was 1.6)
I think you misunderstood. I was saying that "SMWCP1.5" would be the common name to differentiate this from the original version of the game regardless of how many version numbers the old went through. I mean, no one ACTUALLY calls the original version of SMWCP "SMWCP1.6" because all that happened between those version numbers was bug-fixing and subtle touch-ups, it's still just "SMWCP."
You know what, I think this title works, SMW Central Production Redux, (it's a good word that starts with an "R" that's not reloaded), & by the way, it's always hard to tell if sarcasm is given or not (for me).
Why all this complication? The old SMWC Production will be replaced by a more updated version, so the name should be the same. It wouldn't make sense for a new name, since it has already been in trend for the biggest collaboration hack to have a simple name: SMWCP, SMWCP2, SMWCP3 (If there will be another one) etc.
