Description: This solid block will become passable when a specific timer (default: blue p-switch) isn't zero (look in the asm)

Unlike other timer-conditional solid blocks on smwc, this one will not become solid when Mario is inside the block, by keeping the timer from hitting zero (which cause it to last endlessly), until mario gets off the block. This makes it impossible to die or zip quickly downwards through the floor as to cheat the level.

Removal reason:
While this does work, you need to make the block solid to sprites/fireballs if the timer is zero; it looks a little strange to see fireballs and sprites go through what seems to be solid blocks.
