||Slippery Level Disable

||This block disables the slippery level effect (it assumes its already on in the level) if the player pays a certain amount of coins. It also plays the wrong/right SFX when hit.
NOTE: It uses 1 byte of free RAM!
There is absolutely no reason to require free RAM; it's entirely sufficient to check if the level is slippery beforehand. Additionally, you probably want $1DFC
instead of $1DF9
as the sound bank.
