I need help uninstallingsomehow fixing the United States-International keyboard setting from my Windows 7 computer so it stops reverting to it constantly for shits and giggles and enabling dead keys. I seriously want to sue Microsoft for enabling that feature (reverting automatically, that is)

Also it doesn't change automatically. Language in Windows is set by some button combination that uses shift in it. I know this because my aunts computer constantly changes between Chinese and English when I type and it's annoying.

No dice, it just resets randomly, and now Caps Lock is doing it, too. I need to uninstall the settings from the system, though at that point I may as well be uninstalling Ctrl-Alt-Delete...
