Question on Megaman X compression

I've been trying for days, to figure out how to get the sprite gfx within Megaman X to appear. There are only a few that appear off the bat within tile molester, yy-chr. But its basicly just X himself, and various stage gfx.

I've tried a ton of different variations within every tile editing program, to see if I can shift the compression to show actual sprites. So what I would like to know, is there a method to displaying all the compressed sprite within megaman x?

thanks for reading!

While I do not understand the inner workings of the Megaman X game series at all, I can guess as to how it works. I believe Megaman X uses tilesets and enemy sets unique to each level. To translate: I believe the Enemies are a form of tileset. And that they are only visible in their respective level. If you want to see ALL the sprites from Megaman X before you, to plan out how you'll edit them, might I suggest going to the Spriter's Resource?
Do NOT take my responses for any sort of fact, I am as one would say a NOOB. I am by no means a "L33T Hax0r" and yes that WAS a reference to the hammerbros from partners in time.
