Since the soundtrack has been seemingly forgotten: Castle.

I thought I'd help out a little. It's unfinished but it shouldn't take me much longer. Just wanted to see if anybody likes it.

e: also I had a try at the bonus theme but I don't think it's nearly as good as the original, so idk if you want to hear it.

We are looking into a way for additional tracks, keeping all vanilla ones available as choices too. Not sure how hard this would be yet, will get back with more.

If Wavee finishes that castle track, the only ones it looks like we would need for sure are:

-Athletic
-Title
-Boss
-Cave

(unless Raiden/Arne come up with a way to add additional tracks, in which case we can extend this list)

Whoops, I totally managed to miss this! It's pretty neat so far though. I wish more was done with the melody near the end so it doesn't cut off at about 0:51, but I'm assuming that's just because it's not finished. I'd love to hear the finished version.

As announced in another thread, me and Arne figured out a way to add additional tracks - it's a li'l hacky but I'll deal with that. The point is, we can add a few tracks hopefully - ROM space is the only thing in our way now. So yeah, if anyone wants to compose stuff, feel free - we don't have to replace the original OST!

How many more tracks do we need at this point?

By the way, while I like the new map theme, I feel like there's not enough difference between versions 6 and 7. I can barely tell them apart.

If you're looking for new tracks for levels, then just do the same thing that's done on all huge SMWC collaboration projects.

Use music from Cave Story, Pokemon, Mega Man, Touhou, DK, Legend of Zelda, Kirby, Smash Bros, Undertale and/or Earthbound.
