Cool level. There's just a few things I need to point out.


Yoshi starts too close to this wooden stake and gets pushed to the left after the intro text.


I got a 1-UP just for entering this screen. Wut.
(It also respawns each time. Seriously, what did you put there?)


S.N.N. mentioned this spot, but I just find it completely awkward that 1: You must make a blind drop to find this and 2: It leads into a pit of spikes with no rest until you successfully bounce off of the Woozy Guys.


Shouldn't entering this area from the first one start me by the left edge of the screen, not at the door?


I'd lower that block with the red coins down 1 tile. Bit awkward for half of Yoshi to be off-screen, don't you think?

Not pictured, but the last two flowers are too well hidden. After looking into your level through Golden Egg, it turned out there was in fact a Chomp Rock up there that I kept flying over when I went over the top of your level. Never mind the fact most people would probably not think of pushing it off the left side and into the bed of spikes to find a hidden flower cloud.

I also feel you could extend the second part of the level; it just feels too short at the moment, and by extending it you could probably come up with a better setup for the two flowers than a cryptic Chomp Rock puzzle.

Actually there is a Fat Goonie on a cloud that might is a easier way to do it.

Couple more things. Hopefully you can get these fixed today or tomorrow and then the next version can be inserted. Don't be discouraged by these bug reports/issues - I think the level has become very pleasant to play, especially compared to your very first version you posted months ago, so you've done great in that regard.


There was a red egg block and a yellow egg block here, but they vanished (probably due to sprite overload). Here's my suggestion: put the red line bridge back there, and then swap the positions of the two regular coins above and the two red coins below - that is, put the red coins on the top platform and the regular coins on the lower one. This will prevent the player from being able to get them with eggs.


What is the purpose of the Chomp Rock? You can get these coins (and the ones on the dead side) simply by throwing an egg. Does it reveal a hidden flower cloud or something? Did I just miss it?


I'm happy you included this "dead goal" - however, the tree above cuts itself off. Can you extend it a screen to the right.
