It's hard and long and it's a clusterfuck of themes.
I honestly would expect this to haunt completionists for hours.
Trying to get 100 in this myself took a long time.

e: fixed an issue with falling rocks landing on a lonely spike in the first part
e2: WOOPS forgot to remove a debug door right at the start of the dark section

Well, that was overly extreme. It's hard to complain about the difficulty in a level that's a) entirely optional, and b) the last one in the entire game. I didn't even get close to 100% (I think it was around 15 red coins and 3 flowers), but I had a few complaints based on what I got through anyway.

I noticed the Shy Guy would sometimes fail to spawn from the Goonie, making this jump extremely brutal without that extra boost. Not sure what would be causing this.

Getting past this guy is extremely annoying, and with such a tight space + the darkness, it feels too hard even for 6-E.

I kind of assumed you could drop down this pit and it would warp you somewhere. Might be worth covering it up.

...was there supposed to be a flower down this hole? The "marking" earlier showed an ice block with a flower in it, but it wasn't present here.

Solid work. There are two things that I found worth noting on this playthrough.

1. The door behind the dirt wall at the end of the snow section sometimes vanishes. I'm assuming this is because there are already a fair number of sprites on the screen (hidden cloud, two Baseball Boys).
2. I'm not sure why you've placed the final middle ring so close to the third. I'd suggest leaving the first one where it is, moving the second one to the dark castle section, leaving the third one where it is, and moving the fourth one to where the third one currently is (at the start of the "columns" section).

EDIT: Oh, I almost forgot:

1) o, never happened to me, will see what's wrong

2) The dark section has no midpoint because entering it makes every sprite glitch out (akin to the door you just pointed out), so I had to work around the few spaces you CAN enter the level specifically to not make that happen.
The fourth one is just there so the player can stock up on stars faster, since flying around the rain trying to catch 20 stars seems a bit boring to me.
I mentioned that in the readme, but forgot that nobody ever saw that readme, so #wario{>:|}.
Also dying in that sublevel would fucking suck.
