I would suggest leaving the "fun" category aside for now and focus on the main emulators. It would be cool to play it on more platforms, but focusing on the easiest and reliable option would be the best thing to do.

Yes That is the plan.

I could test on higan-accuracy-v092, bsnes 0.72 (the debugger version, and I think it's the compatibility profile?), and SNES9X 1.53, if I were to do any testing. I don't have a flash cart, but I know there are some people around here who do and could test on actual hardware.
I'm glad to see that all miscommunications are cleared up while simultaneously lightin' fires under everyone's asses. I was a bit worried about this whole thing, considering that this is the SECOND time I've been gone for I think about a year & the damn thing's STILL goin'; however, now that I see it's actually almost ready to go, I feel MUCH better.

Here is just an idea. I would love to see a smwcp3 eventually, but how about not creating any new site project until all current ones are completed.
For example after smwcp2 is completed how about focusing all effort on smc island and smcx.
focus all effort on all current projects until all current ones are done. also when deciding on new site projects i think there should be a vote or something to determine if the smwc community actually wants to do them.
something like this.
What would you like to see next?
2) a super mario 64 site collab hack
3) a new super mario bros wii collab hack
4) nothing, we dont want anymore projects
