The OW perspective and palette are wrong...
Fix Yoshi's Island's palette. Add a bit more decorations and cliff lines.
As for the levels:
Finish the Climbing nets, don't be lazy! D:
The rest looks kinda good. What do blue coins do? Is it mikeyk's custom coin block?
"Is there a way to make the sprite not go out before i put foot in it?"
I could help. Use sprite 63, not 62. It's after the one you're using in the screen.

No i have just puted blue coins XD lol
Yoshis palete umm... what is wrong?
The first overworld screenshot looks a little plain on the bottom-left side.
By the way, what's a Mistery?
It's spelled "mystery" you know.
Good-looking hack though. Definitely gonna try it.(though I try most hacks anyway)I bought a cactus. A week later it died. And I got depressed, because I thought, Damn. I am less nurturing than a desert. -Demetri Martin.
Level shots look good, OW looks horrid.
I don't understand why most new hacks look like that. It's completely out of proportion. OW should be one of the easiest things to do.Unless said so, I'm assuming you're all guys. Except for DarthRiko. Well, she could be a guy also. :p
I would say you're off to a pretty good start. I would just reiterate the same corrections that others have suggested.
I do wonder how the title will affect the non-supposed storyline of this hack. I love the look of it(I shall remind anyone that the NSMB graphics have been so under-used while the SMBIII graphics have been so over-used. Go figure) even if it is a little unoriginal. I am guessing that World II is a very underground type of world.
It is also interesting the height traces on the OW, and putting a no.2 next to a pipe, I guess, to suggest that Mario must go through there to the castle. For some reason the status bar at the top looks different, and there is not a face on the Dragon Coin at the first screenshot. I just love the look of this hack though.
Methinks that the OW is good, but the pipe on the left on the World II area near the cave levels is misplaced. The second bridge in the last screenshot looks like Mario cannot cross it. The first red cavern is so much in the position of the strange creature you have.
Yet, like I said, on most of the screenshots it seems like there is a significant contrast of height in this hack. I am not a hacker by trade, I am an observer and I can be very observant. I tend to lurk around here to prolong the good experience of playing the original SMW. Whatever can add onto it is something that I will definitely do when I am bored which is often. And I will rarely post and give praise when needed to the hacks that may make me interested to relive memories.
My worst enemy in Mario isn't Bowser but my controller that keeps on getting disconnected from the inside. Might be my memory count.
It is OK, the only bad thing was that white unmodified block.
Bad things: The goal point, where you run through nothing but yellow blocks, and it's pretty hard for a second level.
Everything else is ok.

Which sprite are you using to make that brown elevator???
If you're using sprite 0x62, it'll move automatically. If you're using sprite 0x63, which could be that small brown elevator or a big checkered one, it should, I think, stay put until you step on it.

You are using the wrong tile the bottom right of the big trees.
The little hill in the middle is looking strange.
Do not make levels in trees.
Make levels reveal, not already revealed.
Put some more objects on the castle area.
Try to make the castle area better. Like, some trees, and different tiles.
The ow is just too......empty
Other then that, the levels look decent.Your layout has been removed.
