Hack moderation: changes in review scoring + featured hacks

From now on, hack reviews are going to be scored from 1-3 points depending on the hack. How many points each hack will be worth will be decided by the hack moderator, considering factors such as hack length and difficulty. Reviews can also be scored one extra point depending on how detailed they are (note that this doesn't mean removal log-style reviews, but actually putting effort into analyzing the hack and how it plays). There is already a thread on this on the review forum, but I'm keeping this as a small reminder.

Also reinforcing that double points will be given for reviews of any hack submitted during C3, or moderated during C3 (even if not necessarily a C3 submission). However, hacks moderated during C3 will only have their thread started after the C3 voting, so keep that in mind - feel free to write your reviews and keep them until that, though. Currently, more incentives to reviewing hacks are being discussed - we can't say much about it yet, specially as nothing is certain yet, but we are working on it.

Plus, a note on featured hacks: while moderating the hacks waiting to be moderating take priority over it, I personally will be focusing on featured hack nominations. Feel free to nominate any hacks you think are good enough to be featured on this thread. Please keep in mind how the current system works, though - it's all explained on this thread. Anyone can nominate hacks to be featured, but there are score restrictions for voting in feature threads.
