EDIT: Changed the palettes, I'm now trying something else entirely:
I was originally going to do a darker level, though I have made a lot of those already, and using dull palettes to try and establish a great desert atmosphere last contest somehow got me in 62nd, which was absurd.
Essentially, most of this level take place high in the air, and there are some water setups.
It's a work in progress, and I'm not sure about the palettes just yet. And oh, it ain't stolen.
Nice work, Levelengine. This looks good, like, real good. I love the palette for the dirt pillar/platform. It looks very earthy and rich. The faded blacks on the cannons are very eye pleasing as well. The design itself is looking promising as well!
