Well i started to work on a level for the contest, first i don't know what to do so... i open the LM starts playing with the paletes and i get a good palete... then i started to play with the map 16 and i get good things... anyways let's go to the point.

I'm trying to make a Water Cave thematic on this level, i don't have much progress but i only want feedback about the palettes and the things i put in the level.

It looks pretty good, but if it's a water-cave level, you may want to change the ground's palette a bit. You should darken it and make it a bit more grey-ish, because it looks more like a ice-cave (if it was your point, ignore what I said).
The wooden beams are a bit too twisty imo, but it's not a problem, though.

Note: Some areas have problems of decoration, not worry about that i fixed it And the palette is gonna be temporary maybe it can change but if you like it i'm gonna keep it.

My Ports
The cyan and blue looks a bit out of place for a green-ish ground. Otherwise it looks pretty good.
Ok i just finish the 1st stage of the level a water stage is coming but i don't have much inspiration in this moment. The palette get a change on the brightness (uh i don't know if i write that correct...) Anyways what do you think?

I love that foreground palette, but the background could probably be made slightly darker to make those platforms stand out a bit more.

wow make water levels is more hard than one normal. The first 3 screens of the water stage i think the palette is good but what do you think guys?

Minor nitpick: the skull pattern between the second and third urchins doesn't have a torpedo ted under it while all the other ones do. I'd recommend using a different decoration in its place (while keeping the skulls that do have torpedoes of course!)

The palette in the non-water level looks weird. It's not bad but that green-blue-yellow transition is awkward. Not sure what you were attempting there, but it kind of looks like moss to me. I like the windows in the foreground though, it kind of gives the feeling a ship crashed there.
mmm .... The palette is fine, seems difficult, but this pretty well! #smw{:TUP:} But ... this with SlowDown? (I'm bad in English, not if I wrote bad but meh #smw{<_<} )

Only (very minor) thing I noticed in the video is, in the water section, that the Torpedo Teds start out behind the wooden supports and then suddenly appear in front of them. Best way to fix it would be to just remove the wooden supports from under the Torpedo Ted launchers, but again, it's only a tiny issue.

Otherwise, I like it a lot! Love the palette choices and decorations, as well as the atmosphere you created with it. Level design is looking solid, too. Keep it up!
