Tip: The "Edit Animation Settings" tab in Lunar Magic is very convenient if you want to disable certain animations in the game to make room for your own graphics or ExAnimations.
I assume the status bar priority problem will disappear when inserted to the base rom. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Probably, but note that the levels are probably going to be judged on an individual bases, so if it breaks in your final ips, then it needs to be fixed.
Overall it looks like an interesting theme, but those red blocks seems a bit too red.
My first impression is similar to Lightvayne's - the red blocks are a bit too oversaturated. That aside, I really like the mood the level gives off. It -definitely- feels like those purple pipe levels from SMB3. Good work so far.

Pretty neat level. The tile manipulation is quite creative; don't think I've ever seen pipes like these made out of vanilla graphics. The columns are also great additions.
