Originally posted by RenkoV2I was thinking of building a custom gaming pc, I have a max $500 budget, I mostly play osu! but I also like to play left 4 dead 2, amnesia, mw2, cod 4 etc on a pretty high setting. I have a part list and am wondering if I should not use it, or add or change it.
List 1
Tell me again why your wanting apu for your gaming ?
Is the machine going to be strictly geared at gaming only and nothing ?
Not even to do anything else like graphic editing, music productivity, school/oficce work and other etc ?
Even though you have a 500 budget build I was lucky enough to build you something better.
Look at the parts side by side 4 main parts I chose would eat that apu alive and still do so much more.
If you can find slash-man ask him how he likes his AM3+ setup.

Total build cost 499.00 with shipping prices included.
If you had 600.00 bucks we could swing you for a intel 1155 2500k build.

Only problem is if you want that for under 500.00 bucks you would have to hold off on the vga card for about a month.
I suggest you look over it and think about it, hell find a good youtube channel reviewing both am3+ 1150 1150 intel quadcore hexacore and nvidia card.
