Tip: Switch palace switches normally disappear if you replay the level. However, if you insert them as direct Map16 and use the hex-edit at $00EEB2 in the ROM map, you can replay the level without a problem.Not logged in.

Been out of this scene for a while, and I'm getting this error when I try to patch with xkas 0.06

Don't think I'm doing anything different than I used to, and other patches worked alright. Is there something else you guys are using these days?
xkas is old and busted. you need asar
I guessed as much. I remember when that thing was still scary and new. Surprised it managed to catch on.
There are currently both xkas and asar patches in the patches section, better check the "Tool" field when you're downloading a patch so you know what tool to use. That patch you have looks like an asar patch ("autoclean" gives it away).
