P-Switch race while dodging the flying fish generator. Kaizo 2 inspiration.

Mario Must Die/Kazu Kaizo inspiration with an added wrinkle.

Mini puzzle.

This was originally gonna be stage 7 but I think this stage and 'Yoshi Disposal' will swap places since I am closer to done with this one, and I feel like YD will be harder, so this will now be the next stage after 'Ghoti Psphthoqups.'
Kind of a breather level. There is a series of rooms where you need to defeat all the onscreen enemies.

Another segment based on a suggestion. The hammer bro shall land in a lava pit and then I’ll find a way to need to get injured by a hammer as he’s going through his infernal retaliation.





The second half of Iggy’s Asylum. The grinder chases you and for some reason spin jumping will be out of the question.




Kaizo 2 Remix Redux, inspired by Kaizo 2 and Super Mario FML.


The final 2 levels will not be shown until a bit later.

Since I am working on the remaining levels at once rather than literally chronologically (some of them almost done) and because no hurry, I am thinking I might wait until the rest of the levels are (almost) completed and then upload the level videos consecutively starting with stage 5 (not all at once tho).

My guess is you disabled spinjumping, or somehow you made it so spinjumping earns you 1 coin (or 99 coins for an instant 1-up).

Looking pretty great so far! I always really like levels that are based on Ultra Star from Kaizo 1 and 2, and Kaizo 2 Remix Redux reminds me of it.
Liking the progress here so far as always. I wonder how else the hammer brother is going to be used in one of those later levels. I was set to tell this before, but be careful for the platform to not suddenly bounce off the diagonal line upon pressing the ON/OFF switch, making pressing it a number of times unnecessary. Looking forward to the completed stages!

I can probably just put a line guide circuit that doesn't lead anywhere right above those as punishment. I do that in a later part.

Really nice level you got out of the original castle (not to mention that's the most accurate Iggy fight so far). I'm not completely sure about the music of the main level, because while you're inside the smasher section, I can barely hear most sound effects due to the grinder's SFX overwriting them. I'm looking forward to see what's next.

Final stage, Bowser's Tent. I think the impending Mario Maker hype is helping to really speed up my desire to be done with this hack. Also, I had this idea for a Bowser fight modification I couldn't wait to share. Since I made the final boss before the rest of the final stage and didn't have any specific ideas for it before, I felt like including some rooms of the levels I felt like letting go.

Nevermind, decided to make it a boss only level.

Reference. I am aware the roles are swapped. I just didn't feel like copying exactly.
