Alright, since I cancelled my last hack, I've decided to do something more vanilla (except for custom palettes and music.) I bring you...

A SUPER MARIO ADVENTURE

NOTE: Level 1. Move Mario to the beginning of the stage, and uncheck
the "Make this level a water level", and Make this level a slippery level." THERE ARE ONLY 3 LEVELS, AND THE OW EVENTS AREN'T CORRECT!

It's looking pretty good so far! I also like the fact you made Yoshi friendly in his home, as apposed to the numerous joke hacks which make him mean-spirited to the player or Mario/Luigi. I also like the addition of water in the intro level's BG and Level 1, the bonus stage/switch palace's green colours, and the Koopas "Working" to farm you coins in there.
I'll try out the ISP patch soon, and maybe I'll also help you with this hack.

I have a DeviantArt, if you do want to see my art on there. I don't really visit it much now, though.
Not bad.

The first level looks nice, but really generic. Nothing bad though. The cave level looks kind of empty. I can't judge the switch palace, because there isn't too much going on.

Looks like a fine start.
First level seems ok, like Wormer21 said. Has this hack got custom music? And how many worlds and levels has it?

Yes, it does. As for the worlds, there will be 8, plus a extra world.
The levels, maybe 70 levels? Not sure yet.

Looks fine for me. I'd suggest more enemies than standard Goombas or Koopas, but it's just my opinion.
What is your issue with AMK that prevents you from continuing this hack? Depending on the degree of the problem, it can be solved, and if not, sad to see it got cancelled a bit early...
(random guess) It might be a freescpace error. Why not port the ROM entirely, expand it and then use AMK? If the error continues, why not stick to the original music while you can workaround?

Okay. If I can fix the issue, then the hack WILL continue. But, if not, the hack will be cancelled. Don't know yet.

BTW, is there ANY way to fix this? In the level 1 bonus room, the ROM crashes. How do I fix this?

I've ran into an issue with AddmusicK, and my hack. And, it can't be
finished. Yes, I know I've cancelled two hacks already, but...yeah.

Hmm, that's odd. Does AddMusicK say anything about something being odd when they're inserted? Also, remember that the music is slightly shifted, so you'll have to manually change them to the correct ones if they bypass the normal settings, and/or are in the overworlds.
Also, I can attempt to fix it if you give me an ISP patch of the hack in its current state, I think.

Yes, it kept saying "snespatch.asm not found", even when I've never
had that, and sometimes when it says there is an error, nothing shows
up.

But, anyways if you can really fix it, then here you go. Just highlight and paste into a new tab.

Why don't you save it as a MWL (Ctrl - W) and then export it to the non-faulty ROM (File-Open Level from File...) so you don't have to do it again?

e: snespatch.asm not found? Ah, you didn't extraxct all the files from the ZIP... or the download is corrupted and have to try again.

finished, I will need a couple of beta testers!
Not now though, since there are some things I need to fix up. But you
can still volunteer if you want to. You just won't get the IPS right
away.
