Alright I'm bored and we don't have much game time left.

Here's my hot take.

I'm actually Drunk, which means MFG is lying about being the Drunk. I really wanted to know what was center so I could work out if I'm town or not, but with no seer and no word from the wolves, it doesn't look like I'm going to be able to do that.

Prizm's statement about there being a non-zero amount of wolves is, of course, correct, as the minion becomes a wolf. We could assume prizm is a wolf and lying but whatever at this point.

If we run under the assumption there is one wolf, that means that MFG is the lone wolf. However, if MFG was actually a wolf in this scenario, he would have claimed wolf in response to falconpunch saying he switched his role and RanAS's role - after all, in this case, RanAS would now be wolf. MFG did not do this.

This suggests two things: A: MFG is town and lying about being drunk and hiding a town role after falconpunch claimed TM, which is a hella weird play and I will be incredibly mad if this is the case.
B: MFG is a wolf and doesn't want to reveal that he is a wolf because he knows Falconpunch's claim is fake. For instance, if I'm TM and I counterclaimed at this point, he would be out as wolf and we lynched him. Because he knows Falconpunch's claim is fake he also knows it isn't safe to reveal he is wolf at this point.
This case also gives him a good reason not to reveal the card he saw to me, as he wouldn't be a lone wolf. I was trying to get a response out of him in regards to Falconpunch's switch in order to get more info, but I don't want to wait forever for him to play tbh.

This is my guess on how this round looks right now.

  1. The Koopa Resistance - Villager (now robber)
  2. Falconpunch - Werewolf
  3. Prizm - Minion
  4. Impetus - Drunk (should be town, if all 3 are center)
  5. RanAS - Robber (Stole Villager)
  6. MarioFanGamer - Werewolf
    (in no particular order)
  7. C1 - Seer
  8. C2 - Troublemaker
  9. C3 - Hunter

Either way, I'm gonna suggest voting for MarioFanGamer. We only have 3 votes if I'm right, sd we're bound to tie either way. If people try to lynch me I can only hope I drunked hunter =/
To be clear, I'm voting to vote, my vote is MFG, and I won't be changing it or discussing anything else from here on in. I don't think there is anything else to discuss with two hours left.

Later.
I knew you were the real drunk. I mean, you implied it a bit with your post.

However, there is one thing which you shouldn't forget: Haven't anyone of you thought on why I assumed Hunter was center? I mean, Seer was obvious but think about it: Why would a Hunter ever want to reveal themselves? If they're the one who know what's going on, it's quite obvious to behave like a tanner. After all, whoever the hunter votes for is an insta-kill if the hunter gets lynched. I would have said, I'm the real hunter but since it's too late and no one would believe me anymore, it doesn't matter. As such, I'm ready to vote too.

--------------------
Okay, my layout looks ugly.
Yeah, I might as well be ready to vote. I'm not the wolf anyway, so I've pretty much got my vote done.

Guys, hold on a second. There is one other possibility here. If both RanAS and MFG were wolves, then Falconpunch's troublemaker play wouldn't have done anything and they both would still be werewolves, explaining why MFG didn't claim werewolf after Falconpunch's troublemaker claim. So MFG is definitely a safer vote than Falconpunch. Also ready to vote.

Yeah, that's me. You're probably wondering how I got into this situation...

5 out of 6 players have voted to end the round early, and the other player has been inactive for 12 hours. This is sufficient.

VOTING TIME

Players, please PM (don't query) me the name of the person you would like to lynch. You are allowed to change your vote ONCE.

The voting period will last for 24 HOURS after this post or until all players have voted, whichever comes first. At the end of the voting period, if a player hasn't voted, their vote will be assigned randomly.

During voting, nobody is allowed to discuss strategy or say who they voted for. Otherwise, feel free to discuss the game.
I was about to say "yes let's vote" either way but I guess this works too.

Mostly inactive but I'm still alive. Just busy.
END OF GAME

NIGHT ACTIONS
  1. Prizm, the Minion, wakes up and sees that there are no werewolves.
  2. RanAS, the Robber, swaps his card with The Koopa Resistance (the Villager).
  3. Falconpunch, the Troublemaker, swaps the cards of MarioFanGamer (the Hunter) and RanAS (the Villager)
  4. Impetus, the Drunk, swaps her card with Center Card C, the Werewolf. She unknowingly joins the werewolf team.
  5. The Koopa Resistance (originally the Villager) and MarioFanGamer (originally the Hunter) sleep soundly through the night.

PLAYERS AND ROLES
The Koopa Resistance: Robber
Falconpunch: Troublemaker
Prizm: Minion
Impetus: Werewolf
RanAS: Hunter
MarioFanGamer: Villager

Center Card A: Werewolf
Center Card B: Seer
Center Card C: Drunk

VOTING RESULTS
MarioFanGamer: 5 votes
Falconpunch: 1 vote

Quote
The Koopa Resistance: MarioFanGamer
Falconpunch: MarioFanGamer
Prizm: MarioFanGamer
Impetus: MarioFanGamer
RanAS: MarioFanGamer
MarioFanGamer: Falconpunch

With 5 out of 6 votes, it's as unanimous as it's going to get: MarioFanGamer is put to the torch. He was but a common Villager.

Werewolves win!

(again)

COMMENTS
When I randomized the list and saw both Werewolf roles and Seer initially in the center, I was hoping this game would become more chaotic. This specific set of cards in center is so unlikely that I didn't think anyone would entertain the possibility, so I thought this would become like the last game I hosted where everyone would dismantle everything everyone said.

Instead it is kinda boring, and people on IRC said the game was terrible. Specifically, they claimed it was bad because MFG was throwing the game. IDK what happened there; he acknowledged he was switched in his recap post, so he can't claim he has relying on being Hunter.

Not a whole lot to comment about. Not much happened.
I honestly didn't care about the game anymore since nobody seemed to like it or get any interest in it, not to mention everybody pretty much fucked up and let the Werewolves get off scot-free.

Good/bad game, whatever you want to say.

signing for the next one on the condition that mfg isnt playing. Not gonna beat around the bush here; I'm not gonna bother playing a game with somebody who has thrown twice in a row, and has succeeded at effectively single-handedly ruining the last two games. Not sorry.

But even if I were the real drunk, you should have thought that there was a 2/3 chance being a good target (Werewolf and Hunter).
I also wanted to make a sign that I was hunter but apperantelly, nobody noticed it. It was quite inobvious but think about it: Why did I suddenly assume that Hunter was center? I also could have written that both Werewolves could have been center too (and wanted even once but dropped it for this hint).
I also had put Impy as "not claimed". But think about the situation: All of the other roles were already assigned and I could have written "Werewolf" at her too. In other words, it was made delebritely.

But in the end, it was a boring round too, anyway. Everyone but me were completely honest (safe for FP at the beginning) and even I told the truth at the end.

And yes, this round is the this is the reason why I wanted to host around, not you, Noivern.

Being deliberate doesnt give you a free pass. You had no reason to dance about your role, and all this dancing isn't some perfectly executed gameplan; it's completely twisted assine town play that makes absolutely no sense. Get your head out of your ass

Being generous you lied for all of the game sans 1 post, but I'm not being generous. You came up short of actually ever claiming your legitimate role, and waited until the game was essientially over to even bother attempting to tell the truth. As far as i'm concerned you lied the entire game. Get your head out of your ass.

He literally played your exact set up. Noivern had nothing to do how the game turned out, and accusing him is downright pathetic. Get your head out of your ass.

I just forgot to wrote that I had told the truth only in the end, okay?

Okay, now you get ridiculous. If I were the host (which was my initial plan for this round) then the player set up would have been obviously differently. And yes, I'm aware that I could just have not joined. But five players is kind of low, tbh.

Edit: And just that you know it, I'm angry at myself. Period. I won't play any round for now anway so in these cases, I can't mess up now. Maybe I'll host one sometime but for now, I'll be just spectating.

*sighs* I'm joining the next game, but a lot of players need to get their act together. I think we should have another 101 game with roles that are specifically assigned to the players based on their previous plays instead of randomness.

Yeah, that's me. You're probably wondering how I got into this situation...

Considering joining, but I disagree with assigning roles like that. It introduces weird biases and possibly gives other players an advantage in guessing others' roles if they go look at past games. Plus random roles force people to adapt to new situations.
idk what to put here

The point for what I suggested is so people are forced to play in a way they aren't used to.

I guess it could be interpreted either way. "underway is good as Tanner, so let's make him Tanner" or "underway is good as Tanner, so let's not make him Tanner" (just a random example). I still don't like it because it links a player's personality to their role and makes it easier to guess without outside knowledge.

lol

I had no reason to believe you would have deviated from your proposed setup.

Anyway, assuming no complaints I'll do another one. I'll try to keep it simple, but still interesting enough. 5-8 players.
I'll join the next game. I would prefer if the roles are random tbh.
