sorry about the bump but I already PMed two separate people about this and I haven't gotten any helpful answers

so I'm using Mathos' SA-1 conversion of the patch. the songs that AMK considers "global" (01-09) never play, despite me having valid PCM files for them (I can import them into Audacity with the right settings). The local songs play just fine, though, so I don't understand the issue. I tested in both Snes9x and Higan and the results are the same, so it isn't the emulator's fault here. How might I be able to fix it?

(E) I also had a question about sample rates. I want to use music from Super Paper Mario in my hack, and it stores most of its music at 22050hz, which is half the rate that it forces you to store it at in this tutorial. Is there a way I can get the source files to convert to the right rate? This method effectively doubles the size of the PCMs.
the first 4 seasons of doctor who are the only good content the modern series has to offer and you cannot convince me that steven moffat is a good writer, i dislike all his episodes even in those seasons
I have a ROM with SA-1 installed. How can I install MSU-1 patch please?

I'm Flandre Scarlet!.
does it work for SNES9X?

SNES9x supports MSU-1 since version 1.55 so yes, it does.

Okay, my layout looks ugly.

I can't test because I have a really crappy computer, but since it's just an older version of Higan, I'd assume so.

EDIT: Not gonna bother seeing if it's allowed to double post, but I made a batch program that might help with the creation of a PCM.

Did I mention that I make comics?
Please excuse the HTML at the top of my posts.
I'll need to put the MSU-1 song file separately from the .Zip that has my romhack? Where can I put it?
Anyways, if this is CD-music quality, I'll finally be able to have Despacito, Sicko Mode and Post Malone - Wow in my romhack (Jk, I'll put other songs xd)

RIP my friend's Ridley, he dropped it cuz I combo'd him a bit tol much as Mario.
good, i will do that in my Super Mario CD project (which is part of Nintendo CD)
