Even if the idea is nice I don't really enjoyed this. That doesn't mean it's bad, but it has some issues.
You used few enemy variety, which made the level feel boring. The blue koopas weren't that of an obstacle, and there were sections were there was nothing to do but wait.
A problem this level has is that you didn't set the scroll settings properly. It should be "vertical scroll at will" but it's set to "No scroll unless flying,etc.".
I still think that the way those platforms are filled is weird. You have this:

Also, check the "Use custom palette in this level".
And I told you not to use Map16 page 7. But at east it doesn't overwrite important tiles.
. Add more nemy variety, better placement and fix all those issues.
