Here's mine. Featuring lots of spikes, 2 deadweight Bros., 2 Sledge Bros., 2 vine blocks, and the dreaded REVERSE KAIZO TRAP!
I used the Deadweight Bros., the Sledge Bros., Shell Bros. and a blooper. And I used some ExGFX (and used Map16 page 0x6 for them).
Enjoy!
EDIT: Oh, and for the Map16 and ExGFX, just take them from the level.
And call it "Icy Skies".

YOUR MARIO IS EVIL! I beat it, but forgot about what you said at the end (Kaizo Trap). Your glitchy graphics and palettes make this level perfect. Imagine what PJ will say...

We should have plenty of room. I only used 10 blocks or so. Some people would have used more. Even if there's 20 of us and we each use 30 blocks, that's 600 blocks, which is less than 3 full pages. That's not even close to full.
So I'm free to use a custom FG, BG, and palette? Sweet. Also, my level uses level 105, then 103, then 106. That's okay, right?

For the sake of being nice to Dots, shouldn't we pass the rom around, and everyone is in charge of inserting their own level? :3

About my level: It has a tricky thinking part to it, and the second area is full of invisible blocks. It has a SUPER REVERSE MODDED KAIZO TRAP. Beat that! Basically, if you don't hit the p switch, you die. If you hit it, you die. If you carry the p switch with you to get a mushroom, you die. You have to hit the p switch, then carry the flat part through the goal to get the mushroom to complete the level. :DDD

Hehe, I once had that idea for a kaizo-type hack I was making. If you want to know, here's what I plan to do at the end:

Anyway, Mario is supposed to activate the POW Switch at the end. However, he must time it. If he goes too early, he'll fall off the side. If he goes too late, he'll fall in between the ground. The only way to pass is to land where the 0 is. The X's show he's not supposed to do that. You see the idea, right?

Shouldn't we add the pach/hex edit that turns mario into small and removes Yoshi after every level. Else someone could take Yoshi into a level where he shouldn't be, or bring with him Cape/fire status, from the last level, and thereby make everything easier?
Sind is right. My level is desined only for small mario. By the way, is there acctualy a patch that does that?
So, a counter-break patch is needed? I'm not entirely sure all these patches, Custom blocks, custom sprites, and custom songs are going to make this collaboration work.

Maybe after the contest is over we should just make vanilla versions of our levels and put them all together.

I liked the beginning on yours, but then you enter the first pipe and you're just running around empty levels. If you had gone with the first part as the theme, It would of been really good.
Phoenix- what was UP with your level? :^ Was it just me, or was all the graphics everywhere screwy? I patched it to two different CLEAN roms, (from two different sources) and both with the same effect. The level design was okay, but kinda boring. I knew what to do, I just had a lot of issues doing it. Again and again and again...
