Tip: By pressing Shift while placing event tiles, they will be made "silent" and will not appear until a map transition happens. Always use silent event tiles to draw paths in other maps (i.e. a Vanilla Dome event while the player is on the main map), or glitchy tiles may appear.
I played the IPS you posted on IRC some days ago.
Seeing the direction the level is taking and the problems you're suffering to make the level more fun, maybe you should simply try and redo it. The water you added in the torpedo teds actually makes them more hard to dodge, and the second section still suffers from blind drops (which mainly is a fault of it being a vertical level, maybe it could work better if you use a level wrap or w/e that's called).
I will let you choose, if you prefer to redo, or if you will just try and fix all of the errors. I am willing to give you 3 weeks if you choose the former.
Hey Erik I got my internet back. If Rocky won't finish the level, I'll just submit the other half of the level I made and told you about. If you want me to send you screens I can. It's practically done, besides a BG (maybe the SMB3 Airship Inside? IDK, if it's insery d or not).

Overall I think it fits more to the first part. I like the use of this autoscroller sprite (kinda underrated) and kind of challenging, but fun overall. Accept from me.
