I'm only making this thread right now to show progress later, but I may as well explain my little plan for it.
-The level is going to start with the tank, and a pathway that is blocked off for being too cold.
-In order to progress, you have to go inside to activate the tank
This'll take up half the level; there'll be some enemies scattered around so it isn't boring.
-Once you activate the Tank, you'll see it moving through a tiny vanilla animated cutscene (with exanimations).
-Morton is informed that there is a malfunction that you need to fix before the tank overheats.
-Once you find the source of the problem, you have to melt ice blocks on the heated engine to cool it down.
I believe either I can use an invisible NOOB BOSS with throw blocks reskined into ice blocks, or someone with good knowledge of ASM can create two sprites (Engine & ice that melts ontop).
-For the beginning portion of the level, I'll probably use M&LPIT's Sadness theme by Wakana.
-For the second half of the level, I'll be using MercuryPenny's SMB1+2+World Cave remix with this sound playing.
Until then, I'll be working on my levels, as well as other things.
