Hi Eirk.

Gimmick Thing: The level combines the 4 main switch palaces from SMW, and completely revamps them. For example, the first room, is based off the YSP from SMW.

-pretty annoying flashing the entire time, no matter the state of the spotlight
-gameplay is a bit slower than usual, probably because of the spotlight
-the bullet bill generators feel just thrown on, and the level would do fine without them

besides that, while it's not really objectively bad it's a bit annoying to play through with the tight vine jumps, bullet bill generator and many, many, many lava lotuses

but if you just change the actual issues it'll be fine i guess

I think the flashing with the spotlight is just a bug. Dunno what to do.

I'll not waste my time criticizing this, so I'll go straight:
-Unbearable lag, caused by multiple factors
-Terrible usage of volcano lotuses
-Ninjis in really tight spaces
-Glitchy yoshi coins, probably because of lag
-Useless bullet bill generator
-Level that mostly depends on vine climbing

Yeah, definitely not of my likings.

Straight reject from me, because i don't this this can be salvaged.
Will wait on Centipede's decision tho, to see if he prefers change (that would be 2v1).

Should I just redo it from stratch?

Honestly this level has a lot of issues. Like previously said, it suffers from annoyingly placed lotuses, unnecessary bullet generator, ninjis that go through the ceiling, etc. There was also a lot of vine climbing while dodging lava spores, which became repetitive after a while, so it will probably be better if the level had more of a focus on platforming instead of this.

All in all, if all of the previously mentioned issues were fixed then this level could become decent, so for me it's a change.

No, I definitely am going to contuning this. I've just been busy with school, life, and stuff. I will get it done before the end of the year, no doubt about that though.

Ok, I'll give a quick update: The current design is flawed and I hate it. If you game me until January 1st, I could have a new level finished and a new concept for 2-B. I'm not really not liking my design right now.

I'm not giving up the level though.
