This hack is not bad overall. While the design keeps on the same lines in most of the levels, it's good enough. Unfortunately I have to remove it, due to the fact you can access to the endless bonus game in the "Demo ends here!" levels. Be sure to tick "Level has been passed" and "No entry if level is passed" in "Modify level tile settings" on the Overworld editor, so that the player can't access the "end of demo levels".
While you're at fixing this hack, I suggest you to apply the following for an higher quality hack:
- I noticed some levels suffer from sprite tile limits errors. Consider applying a patch for it, or decrease the number of sprites you used in certain sections (I recommend the former).
- Some of your levels have a secret exit. Not needed, but it would be nice if you could use a red dot tile for those levels that have a key and keyhole. It would be less confusing to players.
- Speaking of the overworld, right now this one is kinda... boring. I know it's a demo, but it would be nice if you could make a proper overworld. Again, this, if you want to improve your hack's quality.
- I said that your design is good enough to be accepted. Although, feel free to improve it more, since some levels are kind of too linear. Consider hiring beta testers, they help you lots in improving the design.
That's all. Once you fix the main offender and improve your hack a bit, I'll gladly accept it.
