Welcome to the 3rd demo now my last one got rejected and I made a new one iv'e tested everything and everything works iv'e made the levels longer and harder because they were to short but anyways enjoy and hope you enjoy
an improvement, but still needs a lot of work.
First off, the "Upcoming levels" stage is pointless, just have Mario start with stage 1.
We're not too strict with message boxes, but please don't say things like this in the hack.
Don't make your background out of foreground tiles like this; it's not pretty and it's very disorienting. It looks like you'd be able to stand on the grass and swim in the water, but you can't.
You did make this longer, but you didn't make it any more fun or creative. It's still nothing but running through munchers.
A graphical issue caused by sprite limits. (minor problem)
The jump right in front of Mario here can be made without this shell.
There isn't really much that's changed about this section other than some jumps are higher and more spread out. You did put in shell jumping, but there's still not much variety. The constant shell jumping is just another repeating element.
Again, don't create a background completely out of foreground tiles.
From the looks of this, I need to perform the glitch in which the P-switch and springboard, together, will cause Mario to glitch through the floor. This is a pit hack strategy, so please don't put it in your kaizo hack.
This quick layer 2 room is alright, but "Vertical scroll at will" is still enabled in this room, causing Layer 2 to move up with Mario, which will make him glitch into the Layer 2 foreground.
This background is ugly and is too bright for a ghost house. The obstacle seen in the second screenshot where you have to make the boo block follow you across the pit is very long and boring. Be careful with the green water as well. For visual appeal, it's already questionable by itself, but could easily be an eyesore with other colors in the palette.
Also, what's with the 999 time limit in some of these levels?
Again, this is better, but this hack still lacks variety and creativity. Try to think of more intricate obstacles, things that go beyond just precision jumping, shell jumping, or anything of the sort.
