Tip: When making your overworld, mix the terrain up! Add decorations to the overworld. Don't leave large empty grass or sea regions. As an example, angled land and multiple colors look much more interesting than square land and flat, plain colors.

First Half
My Hack - Beta Testing
Don't ask me when i'll make NSMW3.
Short but sweet. Was a fun level and thank god the spotlight was used goodly. I only have one complaint:

You give no indication that the player should kill the lotus here, so if they killed the koopa they are forced to take a hit to enter the pipe. In my opinion just move the lotus in to the sand.

An accept but it would be nice if you fix those issues.

Also for anyone wondering the status bar thing is fixed in the actual ROM.
