Oh wait C3 is a thing (music stuff)

Pack

DKCTF - Deep Keep: mostly DKC1-3 samples, excluding the piano and tom. pain in the arse to transcribe, screw you wise

CUSTOM - Moonlit Walk at the Pier: written for a music contest on a different website with an SPC category. won silver SPC & fourth overall. still one of my favourite things I've written.

Chi no Rondo - Cross a Fear (DXX Style): rondo of blood and dracula X are two games with the same assets and music and story, but way different level design. DX misses a few of the songs, this being one of them.

----

i know it's not much, but this was all i really had that was worth the time releasing. credit would be nice!
Me gusta.
Hell yeah, the first DKCTF song I've seen ported. Magnificent job on that! It sounds remarkably similar to the original considering you used SNES samples. I *think* the chords are a little off in some parts, but I feel your pain when it comes to transcribing that. (also dkctf songs are long~)

Your custom composition is pretty fucking sweet harmony-wise. Not sure what type and/or pace of level it would fit if anything, but from what I can tell it wasn't meant to be VGM, so yup.

I'm unfamiliar with the last one, but it sounds like it was straight from another SNES gane, so great job there!

some of the chords are deffo off, i know this; i gave up trying to transcribe them from the original and just put them in based on what sounded right to me, and according to the bass i transcribed.

it was meant to be a melodic kinda song based on very simple sounds and repeating patterns, but some people will find a use for it, probably.

Castlevania Dracula X ~ Rondo of Blood was a jp-only PC-Engine CD release in 1993 with redbook audio, and got a "port" to the SNES in 1995 known as Dracula X(X) [America/(Japan)] or Vampire's Kiss (Europe). The two are entirely different games in design, but share the same story and assets. This is the original, if you're curious.

ayyyyyy lmao you're back

nice high quality ports as usual. You sure like your DKC, don'cha?

These are really nice, especially Moonlight Walk on the Pier, I could see myself using it!

Nice one ;)
Biggest suprise: Izuna and Hadron returned.

Your music sounds good. I especially like the composition, it sounds relaxing and it reminds me a lot of the DCK2 music (especially the brambles theme).
The ASM and Music is probably one of the few things I look forward to in C3, yeah. I've commented on your work in your thread, and I dhave to say I'm happy you released these. As I said before, in my opinion your composition is the best part of this pack. You've got creative skills that kills and shrills!
I don't even know what to comment on your music anymore. To me you kind of are the master of SPC.

Kinda want to use your composition to a slow-paced level. Too bad it doesn't loop :<
Great pack you have! Glad you shared some of the best ports I heard from you, the custom one being my favourite ffs loud 0/10 lmao. Great job! #tb{:DD}
Your efforts at doing those ports are just simply amazing as usual.
I may or may not pick one to use in a future hack of mine.
Nice to see you released these. Deep Keep is amazing, nice job!
Fanatical like a Demon
Deep Keep is definitely well ported. It amazes me because for long songs like this, finding the loop point would at first glance would sorta demotivate me (omg). What really has me clenching my fists tho is your composition. I can't compose for sh!t XD. Only thing closes I have are 3 jingles that last 30-60 seconds then loops but other than that I haven't been able to turn them into something, but hey good ear worms right? Anyways, amazing work and welcome back. I'm glad we didn't lose a great music porter.
Major thanks to Suika Ibuki for layout!
