Historical list of C3 participants - Winter 2016

Sorry, nothing world-breaking from me this C3, I ran out of ideas.

So here's something completely pointless instead: A list of C3 participants, including stats on who submitted the most.

It currently doesn't even try to handle co-authored submissions; I couldn't find any way to identify them (beyond manually going through every single one and I'm not doing that). It does, however, ignore stickies.

Stats for this C3 could still change, of course; I'll update it once the forum closes.

(In case you guys care, here's the generator for c3data.js. Python 3, not tested under 2, I don't think it works.)

e: extension, okay, then I'll rerun the script now and then run it again tomorrow.

e2: and it's done. I also added a counter for total number of submissions by each user.

I didn't expect to be so close to the top. 7 out of 12 C3s isn't bad.

I have only started attending after 3k posts? I didn't remember that.

I'm so productive.

Also kinda sad that this C3 is gonna be a blank spot for me in the list but what can I do.

Man, it's been 7 years since my first C3. My English was so bad.

Hopefully I can attend the next one.

I kind of stopped attending C3 since the middle of 2014 due to either procrastination or running out of time to show my projects. Three participations (excluding the four hacks I showed during the same C3) isn't bad. I'm unsure whether I'll ever take part of the next one.

I thought I managed to put in something in all of them, but if the tools say I didn't, then I didn't. (And you guys are far more interested in this than I expected.)

Is this supposed to include EVERY user who has participated in a C3? I did something in Winter 2014 and I'm not up there . . . $#ab{<_<}$

I guess that's because your thread was moved to another forum after the end of the c3. The skript wouldn't know that of course.

Just saying I've been here since 2012 and was hoping to win something each time, except for the one in 2012, when I probably didn't know much about the site's events.

This time, because of all the distractions, I ended up releasing old content from a year ago and set up a haiku thread with hopes of winning something, though my main current project is still being worked on (one level per day).

It's supposed to be, yes.

Do you mean that timeline thing? Apparently it was moved, so my script missed it.

I'll add a special case for that. It's not fixed yet, but it will be once I rerun the script and add the final tally for this C3.

That would count as posting a thread, so yes, it would count.

Unless the mods trash it. Or sticky it and rename to WHAT NOT TO DO, the script ignores stickies and doesn't know that that one wasn't a generic 'talk about C3 here' thread. (I think the script counts closed threads, but there aren't many, so I didn't check.)

Can't allow myself to do that, now can I. This was a really close call as far as "finding stuff to show" goes.

I've completely forgotten that I participated last 2010 that I don't even count it as my first C3, lol.

Honestly, I didn't even try to participate on C3. I have kinda lost interest to SMW hacking, dunno when I'll get some inspiration. It's strange I was mentioned in this list, since I posted a random thread but it was bad. xD

Anyway, that's a pretty nice list. It shows how much people have posted something for C3 and how active these events are.

I have no idea why, but the fact that I'm even on this list surprises me somehow, considering that I've barely done anything. I'm way closer to the top than I thought, I honestly thought I was gonna be at the very bottom of the list.

I had no idea I was among the top 10 C3 participants. Good to know...I guess.
