If you have more private feedback and you wish to remain anonymous, I urge you to make use of the Staff Feedback page. The admins are the only ones who can view this and it is completely anonymous to them. After they read it, they will either bring it up with any users in question or the Staff as a whole depending on the scope of the feedback.

so is there not a maximum height limit for layouts any more? I remember having a layout be substantially bigger than the default post space used to be an issue, but now i see a lot of layouts that are literally double or triple the size they need to be, just to make sure you can see the entire anime gal. I mean, it doesn't really get too intrusive in most cases, but it's just something I've been thinking about for a while.
Especially because in most cases you absolutely do not need to see the entire anime girl, you only need the head to the

torso

My question is how you can add those backgrounds to your posts, like many users here do. ^^

Those are post layouts. You can request one here or see how to make your own here (or any CSS-HTML tutorial).
