If my rom only run in zsnes and not in another emulator, it will be rejected?

I was not planning make hacks for a while, so the third episode of the "o ninja negro" series will take a long time to make, and "Mario in neb's land 2" is cancelled.

But unless you're writing your own ASM or using things downloaded two years ago, there's no way I know of to create emulator-specific breakage.
