These levels display.... this. Garbled, glitched, garbage graphics on full display everywhere that makes it hard to make out anything. I somehow was able to luck my way through this level- which I don't know why I even played it to begin with- by hitting some tiles that errendously behaved like Switch Palace blocks, to see if the hack improved any after this level.
It doesn't. The level design in general is basically a clasutrophobe's worst nightmare with all of the tight spaces you need to navigate. Not to mention how absolutely hideous everything looks with the poor use of proper shading and harsh contrast. The overworld is also attrocious to look at with how poorly put together everything is. Normally I don't care all that much about cutoff as long as it doesn't get too bad- but yours does just that.
Tear everything down and start over from scratch, there's nothing redeemable in this hack. Consult this thread for level design advice and this one on how to make eye-pleasing palettes.
