thought I'd show off some 3D Models that I've made in the program 3DS Max. I'll show two off today, a WIP one and a completed one. First off, the WIP.
This is a Bombibomb from my Sicari series. Here's a pic for comparison:
I'll be attempting to texture it at some point, but given its geometry it may take a while. Welp.
Anyway, second up is a one I'm quite proud of despite its simplicity. Here's the Death Star from the Star Wars series:
Yep, that's the model. Ready to blow up your planets and stuff.
So yeah, hope you liked, despite me not having much to show! I'll be sure to update when I have more completed models. ^^
Oh ya, always a treat to see somebody take on the changes of 3D! Good luck with all of that, do please post more. I have to say, 3D is always a tough thing to get into, but like everything, it probably becomes something akin to second nature once you're used to it, and knowledge on the subject is always rewarding. Good on you!
wow... that's really awesome, I wonder if you will make a 3D sicari game in future :o ... well, atleast makes sense to me.
also that looks very nice, you sure have future in 3d stuff
Next up is the Redfang Battleship from K-16 - Story of Steel. It's not finished - I still need to add a more detailed texture - that is windows, along with possibly panels and the use of bump mapping, although so far, it's accurate to its original design, save for an engine I had to remove, since it didn't make sense in a 3D plane thanks to my lack of planning when drawing.
A picture comparing the two. As I said before, I need to add the little details like windows but I decided it was presentable. This one's been one of the most fun to make!
Really liking everything you've done so far.
Those last pictures are nice (but maybe 2dark4me), it's quite impressive to see how accurate the 3D ship is compared to the original one. It already looks good and you plan to add moar textures. Looking forward to see how it'll be like.
You actually do have some great 3D skills, I knew nothing about it
Easy to see that details have been added. It looks really nice, and it's definitely an improvement over the previous version (which was already good to begin with).
