Glitchy Sprites even after Transferring

So I have transferred over my levels to a new ROM because of the issues with the glitchy sprites (mentioned in this thread), but the Koopas, Chucks, and the like still disappear and appear in random positions.

Now, however, there is a new issue when dying in the one of the levels with the glitchy sprites: the screen stays black after Mario dies or when the "time up" message appears.

Since I have transferred over my ROM, no patches are being used, but I did use AddmusicK to insert custom music into my levels, but the levels are without music and silent, so I am not sure why the sprites are still looking strange.

The only thing I can think of is screen boundaries. Are they on the edges of the screen? Otherwise, I'm stumped.

@UltimateDracoMeteor: If you mean the sprites, no, they are not in any subscreen boundaries. This is happening to more than one level now.

I have tested this on a different hack, and it turns out that it was actually the Dolphin-Fix patch that had caused the glitchy sprites since it caused similar glitchiness with another ROM patched with it.

What I found out that was strange was that the newly transferred ROM also suffered through this glitchiness, so the patch must have somehow carried over to the new ROM, or something else is wrong with the transferred ROM...
