Nice level. But what does that rope thing at 2:31 do?
You can use the Shell from 0:25, you do not need the three Throw Blocks at 0:32.

Great level! The swimming parts through diagonal water were kinda easy/random but at least made the level unique.

Most likely a custom block that is passable only with items.

I'm taking a wild guess that it's only passable when you press down.

I found this to be a decent level. It didn't focus as much on bills of the smaller and bigger variations as I expected it would and some parts such as the diagonal water ones felt a bit random, but at least they didn't detract from the overall experience.
Creative things. The difficulty spikes a lot, but that's an individual style I guess? This reminds me of Panga's first level of his canceled tools are for fools hack.

Also, maybe add a muncher to places where you can get stuck.

It's a rope but you can pass it pressing down arrow

You need the throw blocks because the blue block at 0:25 it's solid if you're carrying.

Grey Land screenshot is very aesthetically pleasing, me likes.

Stage 2: There are some very creative parts! Well done. Some parts are a bit unnecessary and don't add much, like the ending with the slow-walk between one-tile gaps. Some jumps should be less precise for more consistent difficulty. But the vertical scroll tide with the creative dolphins and shells are amazing. Keep up the good work.
Not much to say, very nice level. I like the Layer 2 rooms.
