You put the ExGFX file to the ExGFX folder. If you haven't extracted the graphics first, press the colour super mushrooms on the toolbar in that order they are i.e. red, green, blue and finally, yellow (in order to add some ASM hacks).
After you have done that, you insert the ExGFX (
if you didn't know it yet), open the GFX baypass dialog (
), enable it, obviously, and change AN2 to the number of the ExGFX file (by default, 80).
You then open the sample level (but don't save it) but also open another window of LM with your ROM, open the level ExAnimations (
) on both windows, copy all slots of the sample level and paste them. Alternatively, you can just copy and paste slots 05 and 06 because these are used by the munchers while the rest are for the water).
On the next, open the 16x16 editor (
) and import the Map16 file (
) included with the patch.
