Description: Modify the goal sphere so that, when Mario touches it, it behaves the same way as a keyhole when a key is inserted (silhouette expands and then contracts, and then the level ends) although it activates the normal exit rather than the secret.

basically emulating what happens when you jump off a springboard onto an enemy, but like... always. not having to rely on springs or anything lol.

I would like an easier way to edit the credits cutscenes. IE where mario is walking with peach and the yoshi eggs and then the scene at yoshi house. I'd like to be able to add characters but have no idea where to even start.

imamelia's VWF Level Intro's patch doesn't seem to work if you use the SA-1 patch.

I am requesting custom slope blocks.

Everyone seems to complain about how slopes are coded in SMW so why not code some new slopes in the form of custom blocks?

They could be of various slope sizes from mellow to really slanted.

i would like the para goomba bomber that throw microgoomba, it sprotes was made By Sonikku but i need a patch to work and is imcompatible with LX5 power ups because crash the game ones you put the patch

A more up to date version of this Sprite would indeed be nice.

I can't remember if I requested this before, but I really would like a patch that allows the p-switch timer and star timer to stay activated when entering pipes and doors so that we can create smb3 like gimmick levels.

I'm working on it. Looks like it involves a bunch of NOPs at $00A635.

Edit: It turned out to be a very simple patch, involving 15 NOPs at $00A651. Here's the full patch:

Huge thanks to Ladida for his help on my last request. Here's another.

1. I would like to make it so that, when Mario performs a regular jump and lands on an enemy which can be hurt by this action, there is a chance Mario will instead bounce harmlessly off with neither taking damage. The odds of the attack succeeding will be dependent on the number of lives Mario has. The formula I would like to use is as follows:

  5+  |  100%


Perhaps these values can be edited, but this is the formula my game needs. This is another way which makes lives more strategically important for the player and makes 1UPs a reward that is more useful for the player.

Alright, I had a request I made back in January of this year that I put off, that I feel ready to revive, so without further ado, here it is again.

Anyone remember my first post where I requested an update of Alcaro's upside down triangle blocks? They were originally chock full of bugs, but I wish that they could be made again (bug-free of course) in conjunction with some presumably required UberASMTool code and also SA-1 compatible, please. I remember back when Mathos and Mariofan64 supported my request before I put it off, hopefully we'll see if some support comes once again.

Once again (presuming it's better for the links to be provided again for a revived request that the requesting person originally put off than to go back to the page where the request was first made before being put off), here's a link to the original blocks, and a link to a video showing them in action in the Super Mario Advance 4 e-Reader level Slidin' the Slopes.

For levels with layer 2 in them, I would like to request a block that when Mario touches it he switches back and forth between layer 1 and layer 2.

I want to make a sonic loop de loop with those purple upside down triangles that someone else is requesting and apparently this is a technique that they used in sonic to make him go around a loop de loop. They just switched him to a back ground layer once he got to the top of the loop de loop.
Ok. All I need is a sprite that can be grabbed with yoshi's tongue, and if the player collects 20, the level beats it's self.
