Yeah but it's kinda really not clear what is requested and what is already done since there quite a few comments/replies and some request may get lost in there.

Type: Patch
Short description: A patch that changes the way Mario's fireballs work depending on a flag.
Long description: For example, if I spawn Mario's fireball via a sprite, by setting a flag Mario's fireball would hurt Mario and not interact with sprites.

Request Name: Auto Run
Type: Generator
Description: Basically a generator or sprite that puts you in a running segment similar to Sonic games. Only difference would be you'd have more freedom to move around and wouldn't need to gain speed or at least not as much shown in the video. (This is also with Auto Scrolling in mind.)

Here's an example of what I mean since I'm not good at explaining things. Video Example

  • Request name: Revival Block
  • Type: Block
  • Short description: When the player lands on top of this block during the dying animation, the player will flicker for a short while and become alive again.
    It otherwise acts like a solid block.
  • Resources: Here.
  • Important!: When getting revived, it should play a sound effect, cutting off the dying music, then continuing the level music as normal.

Interesting suggestion. It's like Mario version of the Revive Fairy things from Legend Of Zelda: Link To The Past.

Not quite sure if I undestood that right
Request name: pushable block
Type: sprite
Short description: a 16x16 block you can push around by running into it from the sides.
Resources: do whatever you want with the gfx dude
other stuff: if you're feeling particularly adventurous you could also throw in some 32x32, 16x32, or 32x16 blocks. if you're not in the mood for that though you can stick to 16x16
This seems like a good place to request asm resources for puzzles and stuff.

Request name: "Edible-only block" or something to that accord.

Type: Block

Short description: This block can only be destroyed through Yoshi eating it and he instantly swallows it afterwards.

Resources: Draw your own graphics! Something like a chocolate block or a yoshi cookie works.

Long description: Should be customized so that baby Yoshi can eat it as well.
