Everything.
Well, in the case of media, I don't really watch enough movies/shows/plays to have that many that I hate. My most hated movie, though, was Ella Enchanted. There are some works of media that are bad that you can laugh or shake your head at, but this was one of the few that I couldn't handle on a psychological level; I can't even stand to be in the same room as this when it's on. Beyond that, I saw the theater production of Grease and found it stupid, painful to watch, and a complete waste of 4 hours of my time, and Man of Steel wasn't that bad but was kind of lame. (It's ironic that such an action-packed movie could be so boring...)
Once Upon a Time in New Jersey is another play I saw, and while I generally get tired of the "cool bad boy" stereotype character about 5 seconds after he shows up on screen/stage (and I get tired even more quickly of the "good boy/girl tries to become bad boy/girl to get romance" plot)...it was mostly just unmemorable, not outright bad. Besides, it was a musical, and while I'll save my opinion on those for another time, the songs were pretty forgettable. Really, the only reason I even saw it in the first place was because my brother was in it (playing one of the main characters to boot).
On a more general level...racism. Or really, any sort of negative prejudice like that, which encompasses racism, sexism, xenophobia, gender/sex/sexuality-related discrimination, religious discrimination, and probably more. It also goes hand-in-hand with a lack of empathy, which is also far too prevalent in the world. I guess some people might have a legitimate excuse if their neurochemistry is off (one of my best friends actually qualifies as a high-functioning sociopath, and he's admitted that empathy is hard for him), but that's still no reason to be a jerk. I feel like probably 90% of the problems in the world, maybe more, would be solved if everyone just had more empathy. It seems like it's always "us vs. them, and we're the good guys" and putting up artificial barriers between everyone rather than actually trying to find out
why everyone else is doing what they are.
