Hello everyone. There was nothing special to show that C3, so I decided to present the demo of my hack that is in Waiting section. Maybe I'll do an update to fix a few things and a new level, but we will see if the time for it.
Thinking... Probably I go move my project to a game in Game Maker Studio.

It's not hard (at least for me).
My one concern though is in the first level, where the pits are huge, and since knockback is also in this hack (just like oldschool Castlevania), it can mean instant death. I'd either make less pits or be careful with the sudden end-of-edge enemy encounters (like one of the Bowser statues).
Plus, if you changed the looks on some of the enemies to something more on the horror side of things, and not have cute... little... bees from Super Mario Land, it would make me feel even more at home with the Castlevania feel.
The castle overworld idea is very original, and really gives off a Symphony of the Night (and newer games) feel.
