I was not planning make hacks for a while, so the third episode of the "o ninja negro" series will take a long time to make, and "Mario in neb's land 2" is cancelled.
I hope it isn't nearly as hard as the original. Considering this hack became infamous for such a difficulty.

So far, it looks nice, but I feel like the DKC BG clashes with the foreground. It may just be me though.

Either way, good luck with this. #smw{:TUP:}

A certain favourite of levelengine. :P

Anyways, there's not much else to say other than it looks pretty reasonable. I especially dig the vanilla tileset mixing in the Magma fortress stage.

Finished the second one & liked it. So hopefully the remake of first one will be just as good. #ab{:)}

Hi.
Well it's good that you're remaking it for 3 reasons.

1. It'll be a fair hard.
2. It's weird to have a sequel to a non-existing game.
3. I enjoyed ROS.

I bet levelengine will be pleased.

P.S. I'm just wondering how Joi would look if you based him on my SMA2 Mario.

It certainly was a favorite. Just not when I was playing it. And I managed to drag WeegeeBen into the mess as well.

I noticed a few graphical inconsistencies and other tilesets that don't work well together but at least having a hack at a fair difficulty is more important, and it looks like that's going to happen.
If Weegeeben pronounces this as "oh ninja knee-grow" again I'm gonna hokuto hyakuretsu ken his ass

This was already stated, but do change Temple of canyon's BG
the 3D renders do not mesh well with the pixel art foreground

Happy plains is the first level and the easiest of all hack. Nothing special. The laboratory level is harder and have many mutants brains trying kill joi, also, i added a gimmick: the eletricity is controled by ON/OFF switch, and i ported the song "level 5" from earthworm jim, to put in this level.
