Should I create a Joe's Journey reboot? That's partly up to you to decide.

Okay.

So I quit development of Joe's Journey for a while, but I thought about it and now, with the help of TheGreenGamer, I'm sure I'll be able to make progress with this hack. I'm going to be more to the point with hack updates, while still being funny every so often. So that brings me to this question- Do any of you, if anyone is seeing this, want me to continue development on Joe's Journey?

If this thread gets enough replies saying "yes", I will, if possible, create another thread discussing the reboot of a silently abandoned SMW hack, Joe's Journey. Thanks for reading.
Yes, definitely yes. It looked like it was really getting somewhere. I felt really disappointed when you said you'd quit development. Yes, definitely.
What's so good about it? I never heard about that hack before.

This is rude.

Yes, continue. But honestly I think it's better for you to decide on your own. If you are motivated enough to continue, you don't need to ask the community. If you aren't motivated or crazy about continuing the hack, then don't force yourself to carry on.

Hey, I did not intend to be rude, but I just wanted to know how it spread the popularity.

It depends on your choice.

Well, even if you didn't know, it's best not to ask, especially with your strange wording...

Anyways, yes, but you really shouldn't depend on other's opinions for choices like this, unless this is your source of motivation, then it's fine.
If you want to learn SMW hacking, then yes. Even if your hack isn't the best one around, keeping working on it will help you gain experience. If you happen to not finish it, the experience you'll have gained will be useful if you ever start another project, want to enter a contest, etc.
Alright, I've decided I'm going to continue Joe's Journey! However, TheGreenGamer will no longer be working on this hack with me. Just one more thing: am I allowed to create another thread about the newest version of Joe's Journey? An answer would be greatly appreciated.
Put the new thread in the "Works in Progress" subforum.

Good luck!
Honestly, there's nothing wrong with wanting to go back over your previous work and redo a lot of stuff. If you think that'll make the mod a lot better, just go for it, and remember to do your best! #tb{^V^}

The best way to keep yourself motivated is to look forward to what point you want to get to with your development.

As far as creating a new thread; I see no reason not to. Although, I do not see why you would require other peoples' permission to go back and remake/continue your stuff.

Edit: Also, do not duplicate your posts, having it in one place is good enough.
From what I have seen, it looks really cool.
And you're also one of the few people I have seen to manually edit the player sprite without making it look kinda weird or anything.
(Well, not like I blame anyone, it's pretty tricky to edit some SMW sprites honestly).

So, I think you should continue!
Хуй войне!

Thanks for the positive feedback, everyone! #ab{^^;;;} I really feel like this hack can go places now, especially with the support of the community. Development is going to start ASAIHTPTTS (as soon as I have the proper time to start)!

I think this really, really inspired me. I'm gonna work on this hack and whether I finish or not, I'm gonna be PROUD of my work!

I thought that would be against SMWC rules, because if I already had a Joe's Journey thread, a reboot thread might count as "bumping" (aka creating extra posts/threads just to get people to see something) or something like that.

I was going to delete the old post after making a new thread, but I forgot. Sorry! #ab{:P}

Anyways, a new Joe's Journey thread is coming soon! Stay tuned!
