Couldn't find a MIDI, but there's already something similar in the music section (the normal "You win" fanfare - https://www.smwcentral.net/?p=section&a=details&id=14208), and since I'm working on a boss stage, I feel the existing one doesn't fit well. I think it could work as a base.
