Now Fear and +Recovery Up are now calculated when being healed by an item or spell. Hooray! Fear subtracts Recovery by 50%, while +Recovery Up adds +50%, and both stack, calculating to 75% of the total stat.
Fear and +Speed Up also change the speed stat for accuracy as well. If I ever figure out how to add a new status ailment, it would subtract Recovery and Speed, effecting overall health recovery as well as accuracy AND turn order. Right now turn order doesn't change with Fear inflicted (as I'd deem it too confusing and overpowered)
