I would like to nominate 100 Rooms of Enemies. I think it's a great hack that strikes a nice balance between standard Mario enemy-stopping, and interesting puzzles. It has a nice difficulty curve, starting from fairly easy to becoming pretty hard late in the game. Overall, a fun, challenging hack that anyone should be able to pick up and play.
