1. These effects can be easily created and customized using Jack's Effect Tool, thus there is no reason for we hosting codes that can be automatically generated.
2. They uses a sprite slot, reducing the amount of available sprites on screen and can potentially cause slowdown due of the extensive checking the sprite engine does to a "non-existent sprite".
3. The mid/bottom-screen PPU/CPU writes are not a good thing at all. Usually can cause flickering. For these reasons, it is adviced to you use put them using uberASM instead.
So yeah, if you ever plan to submit these, please make some unique HDMA effect that can't be archived with Jack's Effect Tool and submit it though UberASM Repository.
