Tip: Switch palace switches normally disappear if you replay the level. However, if you insert them as direct Map16 and use the hex-edit at $00EEB2 in the ROM map, you can replay the level without a problem.Not logged in.

10D and 10E actually, but only if you beat a boss. You can change it in the overworld editor along with the castle cutscenes.

This project has taken me much longer than expected lol. Partially because I have to learn literally every aspect as I go, and partially because I'm always tired from work. But the end is in sight!

So good news, I am almost done with the overworld. Just need to add the paths on the 3rd submap, and make the special world. Special world should only take like 2 seconds since it's mostly just blackness. I decided for the credits I will just do your standard credits reel.

Other than that, I just need to rework part of a level so it doesn't suck, make a boss better, and then it's ready for testing. I still have intro screen to do, but I can do that later.

for the wendy fight: Maybe have a goal sphere on a cement block somewhere. When you win, the goal sphere disappears, so you can land on the block safely. Thought that would be more clean than your current way of ending the fight. #wario{:peace:}

The hack should be ready to be sent out for beta testing tomorrow. Things like messages, title screen, and credits will be finished later, but the rest is pretty much done!

I will be looking for level design improvements, bugs, etc. Also I'm bad at finding music so I'm hoping for suggestions on any of the levels that use vanilla music.

So far Gbreeze and Katerpie have volunteered to help, if you want to join let me know by this time tomorrow.

Two things I'm wondering... how do I make the songs for bowsers fight local without messing anything up? And how do I change what level the credits start after?

You have to move some of the levels to level 10D or 10E, but keep in mind the level should have a boss at the end.

One of the overworld settings allows you to change which level activates credits. (The same level also allows dry bones that throw bones to stay on ledges)

I believe you can't make songs for the Bowser fight unless you use ASM, as the music restarts when Bowser starts dropping the fire. You can only have custom music during the first phase.

I would also like to volunteer for beta testing.

Ft thanks I was hoping you would help. Unfortunately, all of a sudden I'm having issues with certain sound effects on certain levels going all glitchy, and I won't have much time to mess with it for a few days :( Unfortunate timing.

I could still pm you guys what I've got for now, if you want, but otherwise it might be another week.

Okay, pm's sent out to ft, user, katerpie, and gbreeze. Also the music/sfx glitch seems to come and go as it pleases, but it shouldn't affect gameplay, please bear with it for now, unless you know how to fix it. Looking forward to hearing what yall have to say, thanks again for the help!

If you die to a muncher while on a rope and holding a direction, it will do that :p . Also right ay that spot you could do rope glitch but I already fixed it#smw{:peace:}

Thought I'd update since I haven't posted in this thread in a while. Super Gracie World is basically finished! I sent some pms with the "final" version to some people on discord (i have made a couple small changes since then). I got some good feedback already, just waiting a little bit longer to hear back from a couple people.

It feels really good to have it 99% done :)

Gbreeze, will you have any time in the next few days to look at it?

If I don't heat back from anyone else, I will probably just submit it tomorrow night, I'm pretty satisfied with it as it is.
